certification. I started my MMC before 2007, but I have
only attended one institute class and a handful of technology
classes. What guidelines am I suppose to follow? |
| A. | Recently, IIMC posted a set of "Grace Period" documents that explained the MMC and CMC education requirements for those that are submitting their applications up through December 2008. These two documents can be found on the NMCA Home page and on the IIMC website under the education tab. Since you started your MMC before 2007, it sounds as if you should be following the MMC Grace Period requirements. However, keep in mind that if you do not submit for all your points by January 1, 2009, you will then have to adhere to the "New Education Requirements" for the remainder of points needed to complete your MMC. |
