We are looking for a Chief Deputy City Clerk to support our City’s Records Management Program to provide services including but not limited to problem solving in the areas of systematic classification, indexing, storage, retrieval, maintenance and destruction of records in accordance with an established Records Management Program, Policies, and Retention Schedule.
Qualified applicants will have extensive knowledge and experience with the use, maintainance and ability to operate microfilm/microfiche and document management equipment, as well as use and technical knowledge of general imaging and scanning equipment. Additional skills will include employment of tact, discretion, initiative, and independent judgment within established guidelines as well as analyzing and resolving office administrative situations and problems. Candidates should excel with communicating clearly and effectively, orally, and in writing, preparing clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials.
